Youth Soccer Camp Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
By registering for the Youth Soccer Camp hosted by South Bay Soccer Academy LLC ("Academy"), the participant ("Camper" or "Parent/Guardian" if the Camper is a minor) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
The Youth Soccer Camp is open to individuals of all skill levels. The Academy reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual if the camp is full or if the individual does not meet the age or ability requirements specified.

3. Registration and Payment

Registration for the camp is only complete upon full payment of the camp fees.

Payments are accepted through the Academy's online payment system or other accepted methods as specified by the Academy.

If the participant is unable to attend the camp due to illness or other emergency, the Academy may offer a partial refund, less any processing fees. Refunds will not be granted for any other reasons.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants must adhere to the following conduct rules during the camp:

Treat fellow campers, coaches, and staff with respect.

Follow all camp instructions and guidelines.

Refrain from disruptive behavior or activities that pose a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others.

Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in expulsion from the camp with no refund.

5. Health and Safety

It is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to ensure that the Camper is physically fit to participate in the activities.

Any health conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed during the registration process.

The Academy will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the Camper, but is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during the camp.

Emergency medical care may be sought in the event of an accident or illness, and by agreeing to these terms, the Parent/Guardian authorizes the Academy to take such action if necessary.

6. Liability Disclaimer
South Bay Soccer Academy LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the camp. By signing up for the camp, the Parent/Guardian accepts full responsibility for the health and well-being of the Camper.

7. Media Release
By attending the camp, the Camper and Parent/Guardian grant permission to South Bay Soccer Academy LLC to take photographs and video footage of the Camper and use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and brochures.

8. Camp Schedule and Changes
The Academy reserves the right to make changes to the camp schedule, location, or format if necessary due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons. The Academy will notify Parents/Guardians of any significant changes as soon as possible.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Youth Soccer Camp hosted by South Bay Soccer Academy LLC ("Academy"), I, the undersigned (the "Parent/Guardian" or "Participant" if over 18), agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the soccer camp involves physical activity and may result in personal injury or damage. I acknowledge that the risk of injury from participating in soccer activities, including but not limited to falls, collisions, or strains, is inherent in the sport. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the camp.

2. Release and Waiver
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue South Bay Soccer Academy LLC, its owners, employees, agents, coaches, and volunteers (collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising out of or in connection with my or my child’s participation in the soccer camp, including but not limited to any claims for medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, or other consequential damages.

3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees), or damages arising out of or related to my or my child’s participation in the camp.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment
I authorize the Academy, its staff, and volunteers to seek emergency medical treatment for my child (or for me if an adult participant) in the event of an injury or illness while participating in the camp. I agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such medical treatment.

5. Media Release
I consent to the recording of my or my child’s image, likeness, and voice during the camp and grant the Academy the right to use these recordings in promotional materials, websites, and social media platforms without compensation.

6. Compliance with Camp Rules
I agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by the Academy and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in my child’s (or my) removal from the camp without refund.

7. Acknowledgement of Understanding
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the contents of this Waiver and Release of Liability. I am aware that by agreeing to have read this document, I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and am doing so voluntarily.
